RAP is technically and financially supported by Padang State University, but does not participate in editorial decisions. Editorial decisions are based on the journal's scope, impact, and overall quality of the manuscript.

Padang State University is a legal entity that independently organizes and develops education. Therefore, Padang State University needs to generate independent income. In this regard, RAP hosted by Padang State University, charges an Article Publication Fee (APC) of IDR 750.000 (Indonesian authors) and USD 100 (non-Indonesian authors) for articles accepted for publication in RAP Journal, starting with Vol. 16, No. 2, 2025.

Remittance costs and taxes are the responsibility of the author.
